Due to restrictions with the coronavirus (COVID-19) there may be a delay with shipping orders.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days and will arrive within 3-5 business days based on location via Fedex. They will be delivered by your local Fedex delivery service. All shipping methods come with a tracking number, unless noted. We do not currently offer shipping by UPS or USPS. Please make sure we have the correct address (FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes) for shipping, and type any special instructions or comments on your order. To track your package, please follow the link in your conformation email.
Home Office Delivery is to the Eau Claire, WI office.
We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange. In all cases of defective items, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. We are able to refund shipping and handling charges only in the case of manufacturer defects.
NOTE: Returns must be sent via FedEx delivery with tracking. This will ensure a tracking number for a lost or delayed package in order to verify exchanges.
